Wireless Printer Setup Guidance
🧩 Step 1: Unbox and Prepare the Printer
- Remove all packaging and protective materials.
- Plug in your printer and turn it ON.
- Install the ink cartridges and load paper in the tray.
- Wait until the printer finishes its initialization process.
🌐 Step 2: Connect Printer to Wi-Fi Network
🔹 Option A: Using Printer’s Control Panel (Recommended)
- On your printer screen, open Network / Wireless Settings.
- Select Wireless Setup Wizard.
- Choose your Wi-Fi network name (SSID).
- Enter your Wi-Fi password and confirm.
- Wait for the printer to connect — you’ll see a confirmation message or solid blue light.
💡 Tip: Make sure your printer and your laptop/desktop are on the same Wi-Fi network (2.4GHz preferred).
🔹 Option B: Using WPS (If Your Router Supports It)
- Press the WPS button on your Wi-Fi router.
- Within 2 minutes, press and hold the Wireless or WPS button on your printer.
- The printer will connect automatically.
💻 Step 3: Install Printer Software on Your Computer

- Go to Settings → Bluetooth & Devices → Printers & Scanners → Add Device.
- Windows will search and find your wireless printer.
- Select it → click Add Device.

🍎 Mac
- Go to System Settings → Printers & Scanners → Add Printer.

📱 Step 4: Add Printer to Mobile (Optional)
For Android / iPhone
- Install the official app for your printer brand:
- HP Smart / Canon PRINT / Epson iPrint / Brother iPrint&Scan
- Open the app → tap Add Printer → follow on-screen instructions to connect via Wi-Fi.
🧾 Step 5: Test Your Printer
- Open a test document.
- Click Print → Select your printer name (Wi-Fi).
- If it prints successfully, your setup is complete!
