Connect Printer To Laptop / Desktop

🔌 Method 1: Connect via USB Cable (Wired Setup)

This is the simplest and most reliable method.

🧩 Step-by-Step:

  1. Turn ON your printer.
  2. Plug one end of the USB cable into your printer and the other into your laptop/desktop.
  3. Windows/Mac should automatically detect and install the drivers.
  4. Wait for the “Printer is ready” message.
  5. Open a document → press Ctrl + P (Windows) or Command + P (Mac) → select your printer → Print Test Page.

⚙️ If not detected automatically:

  • Go to Settings → Bluetooth & Devices → Printers & Scanners → Add Device → Add Printer.
